Understanding the opportunity

By gathering insight from within the business and speaking to a range of MHC Mobility’s stakeholders, we were able to carve out a clear roadmap to success. Whilst transitioning to a borderless brand presented opportunities to streamline the business, structural change comes with internal challenges around employee engagement. And, for MHC Mobility specifically, there was also a clear need to balance local and global goals, ensure cultural integration and maintain brand consistency across borders.

Bridging the gap

Our insight work provided us with knowledge of what had and hadn’t worked in the past, enabling us to develop a new brand strategy that hit the nail on the head. Launching a new visual identity, corporate website, social media strategy and an active press office marked the beginning of the brand’s external transformation, whilst our structured programme of internal engagement enabled us to create cohesion across the business. This encompassed internal newsletters, employee surveys, 1-2-1 meetings with teams and other forms of internal communications that sparked employee engagement and provided us with quantitative and qualitative data on the process.

Engaging audiences

Providing local teams with the opportunity to shape and feedback on the process played a key role in fostering engagement, whilst also ensuring the new brand resonated at both local and global levels. The ‘culture of belief’ cultivated during the transformation process further enhanced audience engagement, aligning European business heads and stakeholders with the shared vision.

Meanwhile, the launch of a compelling visual identity, corporate website, social media strategy and an active press office served as catalysts for external audience engagement.

Building value

Through our work with MHC Mobility, we empowered local teams and fostered a sense of ownership and belief in the new brand. This approach was pivotal to aligning European business heads and stakeholders with a shared vision, laying the foundation for sustainable growth and success.
