The challenge

Aegis Energy was preparing to launch its Trailblazer Tariff, a limited-time, volume-based offer for commercial fleets. The challenge was twofold: attract early adopters to commit before the hubs opened in 2026, and position Aegis Energy as the trusted, forward-thinking partner for fleets transitioning to zero-emission transport.

The offer itself was compelling, but in a competitive, fast-moving sector, simply promoting pricing wasn’t enough. Aegis Energy needed to create urgency, build credibility and celebrate early adopters in a way that reinforced its reputation as an innovator and industry leader.

Our approach

We developed the Aegis Trailblazers campaign to turn a pricing promotion into a movement. The concept positioned early adopters as members of an exclusive community shaping the clean transport transition, with recognition, networking opportunities, and first-look access to future plans.

The campaign combined press, digital, and thought leadership:

  • Digital: A dedicated landing page captured leads and featured trailblazer case studies, while a 10-week LinkedIn nurture campaign built awareness and trust before moving into lead generation. Content included animated videos, carousel and static ads, with messaging emphasising the competitive advantage of joining the Aegis Trailblazers. Organic posts from senior stakeholders and the company profile amplified reach.

  • Press: We announced the first trailblazer, Wordsworth Excavations, through a targeted press release and media outreach, securing coverage across trade and regional publications. Follow-up thought leadership content positioned Aegis Energy as championing the pioneers driving the sector forward.

  • Community-building: Early adopters received co-branded assets, exclusive updates, and visibility to reinforce their role as trailblazers and create ongoing engagement opportunities.
