The challenge
Flora Food Group were looking for a consultancy that could guide them through a transition period in their communications team, entrusting us with strategic counsel in ensuring their brand was seen as a market leader. ​
They also wanted supported in organising the Next Generation of Food conference, ensuring the agenda reflected the conversations we needed to have around food systems and behaviours as well as attracting C-Suite and senior leaders.
The approach
We set a comprehensive conference agenda that brought to the fore important questions confronting the industry today such as misinformation, food trends of future generations, and collaboration on food systems action. We curated high-profile and inspirational panellists and keynote speakers to ensure our vision for these conversations came to light. We briefed each panellist to work with them to unearth their big thinking and make for a dynamic panel representing different voices and approaches.
The impact
As a result of our work, the conference was well attended with 80+ senior leaders across a range of stakeholders in the food system, from corporates and foodservice providers, to NGOs and policymakers.​ The event facilitated networking and subsequent collaboration between attendees and positioned Flora Food Group as a leader in enabling these vital discussions.
