The challenge 

Youth Music’s mission is to be a voice for and alongside young people, and nurture relationships with grassroots organisations.

The charity believes that every young person should have the chance to change their life through music, yet their research shows that many can’t because of who they are, where they’re from or what they’re going through.

 

The approach

We developed a new communications strategy focused on building their credibility within the cultural sector and embedding key messages through all communications.

We have helped to grow Youth Music’s profile through impactful, timely commentary and carefully placed thought leadership, positioning them as a key leader for change in the music industry.

Our work has helped Youth Music build awareness among music organisations and young people.

We have secured national coverage in iNews, the Independent, BBC’s Newsround, The Daily Telegraph and The Guardian. This is in addition to consistent coverage in key music trade magazines such as Music Week, DJ Mag, NME and Crack Magazine.
