Kroo, a UK digital bank, came to us just weeks before the launch of its flagship current account. We pulled off their launch within 2 weeks, helping them build a base of loyal customers.

We’ve guided Kroo from day one, shaping a strong external narrative that matches its internal values and mission. Kroo’s launch introduced a new bank to the market that put the customer first and championed a better way to do banking. This created a lasting shift across banking to pass on rising interest rates to customers.

We helped Kroo through a successful launch, increasing brand recognition within a saturated market. We have since supported them through key milestones such as their crowdfunding round, helping them build a community of 2,702 like-minded trailblazers, and reaching £1bn in customer deposits.
