To be recognised in this way is an especially meaningful achievement as it reflects our commitment to ensuring our culture is truly built around our people.

For us, culture has never been separated from the work we do. As an agency, we’re dedicated to using business as a force for good, which is a commitment we’ve solidified through our certified B Corp status. Whether that’s accelerating the transition to net zero, improving financial education, or supporting organisations creating a more inclusive society, we’re proud to partner with trailblazers whose ambitions align with our own values.

This is a philosophy that extends far beyond our office, influencing the way we think about our wider contribution as a team. Each of our colleagues receives 2.5 volunteering days a year, giving them the flexibility to dedicate time to causes they care about, whether independently or through collective initiatives. It’s one of the ways we ensure social purpose remains embedded in our culture, empowering our people to make a positive impact in the communities around them.

At the heart of this is our belief that the foundation of a strong culture is built through creating opportunities. We know the communications industry hasn’t always been accessible to everyone, which is why investing in the next generation of talent is such an important part of our approach. Since 2020, we’ve welcomed 22 interns to our team, with nine going on to secure permanent roles.

As we look ahead, we’re excited to build on this momentum by creating a workplace where people from all backgrounds can build rewarding careers. We’re delighted to be recognised alongside so many inspiring agencies, but this award is ultimately a reflection of our wonderful team whose enthusiasm drives our work. While this is a milestone we’re incredibly proud of, it’s also motivation for us to keep raising the bar going forward.
